CEREMONY

A heart-opening 1:1 ceremony supporting deep cleansing, emotional release and embodied integration, bringing clarity, release and integration.

The session begins with a grounded opening and intention setting. When included, a ceremonial dose of cacao (35g) is offered to gently invite the heart to open and to connect with the deepest and highest parts of ourselves.

​

The ceremony then unfolds into a deep energetic cleanse, using herbs, smoke and defumation inspired by the medicine of the Amazonian forest, supporting the release of stagnant or inherited energies.

Through intuitive healing massage, conscious touch and sound healing, with drum, chimes and Tibetan singing bowls, the body is guided into a state of deep listening and regulation, reconnecting with healing vibrations and inner wisdom.

The experience closes with sharing and integration: a grounded space to reflect, feel and allow the ceremony to settle fully into the body and nervous system.
