Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or canceling an appointment If you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by sending a message. This freed up time can possibly be filled in by another customer. You will be charged in full for appointments canceled, rescheduled or missed within 24 hours of the appointment, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
